It is a continuous production line for producing different shape and size gummies. two dosing system design allow you to make single or double color of gummies. Max capacity up to 120,000 gummies per hour, about 300kg/hr. in this line, you can use pectin, gelatin, carrageenan, agar etc. powder to making different gummies. 

GY300 Gummy Making Machine total length has 16 meters. the materials are cooked inside the sugar cooker then step by step delivered through the transfer pumps to different gummy production equipment to be processed until cooled and formed. except preparing the required materials in advance, the operator only needs to control the production by operating the LED touch panel. it really help to save time and labor on production.

GY300 Gummy Making Machine designed with the dosing pump device, it can auto injection the rated amount of colors, flavors and acids exactly follow the setting. for the filling part, this machine has forty filling heads, each time filling for 40 gummies, the fill volume can be set from 1-15g, the depositing speed about 35-45n/min for large scale gummy production.
